In 2018, Tamika fulfilled her vision of creating a space for entrepreneurs to work, collaborate, and build connections by opening ConverSpace, a thriving coworking space. Through hosting engaging networking events, establishing partnerships with the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, and offering a welcoming environment for creatives, professionals, and even presidential candidates, Tamika successfully created a highly sought-after space. ConverSpace quickly gained popularity, attracting clients from across the country and beyond.

With a wealth of experience in education, Tamika has excelled in mentoring new teachers, leading behavior support initiatives, developing innovative curriculum, and coaching teachers to enhance their instructional practices.

Tamika also brings valuable experience from the corporate world, having managed diverse educational projects for online education organizations. Her expertise includes developing messaging and support for online audiences, providing feedback for teacher ambassador programs, creating online resources for traditional schools during the pandemic, and hosting social media training for employees.
